I recieve many messages about what I eat, how many calories and what macros.
I thought I'd share one of my days with you.
(I don't tell people what my macros are though. These are different for each person so what works for me, may not work for you)

(These are rough numbers) I eat 2500 calories each day ...
Calories my body burns on its own- 1500
Breastfeeding- 500 calories
Exercise- 500 calories (each day- run 3km, walk 3km and 20min HIIT workout)

I eat LCHF (low carb not no carb, which I get mostly from veggies)

Breakfast- 2 boiled eggs, avocado, grilled veggies in coconut oil (mushrooms, sweet potato, zucchini, pumpkin, ect)

Snack- nuts, banana (pre workout)

Lunch- massive salad with feta, pumpkin seeds, avocado, chicken cooked in coconut oil (post workout)

Snack #1- dark chocolate, chobani yoghurt with protein powder topped with LSA meal & chia seeds

Snack #2- bowl of steamed veggies topped with cottage cheese

Dinner- salmon and steamed veggies

Water intake- 4L
Sugar intake- under 40g

The amounts of food will depend on my macros but I definitely do not starve hahaha

Currently I lose an average of .300g a week and 3cm (this may not sound like a lot but slow weight loss means it more likely to stay off!) tea calf length mother of the bride or groom outfits
